Received a letter addressed to the former owner of my property to purchase at a fraction above what I purchased it for. If you're going to send me an offer letter, do the little research required to look up the current owner. And don't condescend to offer me pennies above what I purchased it for. An offer as offensive as that showcasing your absolute unprofessionalism is warrant enough to never use you as an agent.

Would not recommend buying any houses from this company nor this person. I've had nothing but problems of the house that I had purchased from Mr Cobb and his investor and there's been other things that I have popped up over the first year along with having to invest another $30,000 to prevent damage to the house that was not disclosed on the spuds buyer beware! the people that he has do the work on these homes do not know what they're doing the craftsmanship is very poor. Bottom line up front - Cobb Realty and Property Management (PM) is Tucson’s finest. The professional, honest, attentive, competent and caring staff are top notch.
