Hi I purchased a $14 wash, but the bay never started up. It kept saying to wait until the bay was empty, but there was no one in the bay. Other customers kept lining up behind me, and I had to tell them my money was accepted but I didn’t receive any service. I attempted to call for service several times, but eventually just left. I’d like my money back.
Ok first of all the sign said $10 in sharpie but no I got charged $18.00!! For a freaking car wash?? For less than 3 minutes time!. Where the hell do you get off charging that ridiculous amount?? Second it didn’t even get my car clean! I could see if I hadn’t washed it in a month but my car I washed once a week

I just went there today and used my debit card to wash my car and I think someone came behind me and added minutes at my cost. tried to call and the phone went to voice mail and box was full. Came home and looked at what I was charged and it had a $10.00 charge pending for this card wash. I didn't even use the 8 minutes it gave me. Who can I call?
Just paid $10 for a car wash and it didn’t work. Called the number listed on the website and the guy that answered said he was not the owner, but that he gets about 20 calls a day from people with the same issue and that this machine has taken thousands of dollars over the past few months.
Just used their auto wash and my car had more dirt on it than when I started! Worst $10 I’ve spent on a wash in years! What a joke! DONT GO!!!
Stopped in to wash my truck tonight. no engine cleaner, bug/prewash, or regular soap. put 4.00 in to wash and wax, then find doesn't have any soap whatsoever. waste of money. probably out of wax too...
Have tried this car wash 4 times now- Bays were not working right each time- there is no number on the door to call- the number listed on Facebook is not working. does this car wash have new owners? do not recommend this business.
