Dr. Leo's combination of knowledge, skill, and outstanding customer service left me extremely satisfied with my visit. I will be returning for regular visits and sharing my experience with friends and family.
I was extremely happy when the Berea office of Chris Chiropractic opened (as it is much closer to my home) and Dr Leo and staff have all been amazing from the get-go. From the time you walk in and hear their greetings to the time you walk out waving goodbye (a very short time, most visits!), you are surrounded by caring, compassionate folks who understand and explain everything you're physically feeling, why you're feeling it, and how you could feel tomorrow (after adjustment). Dr Leo saved my butt yesterday. Woke up with almost no motion to the right side of my neck and walked out easily 70% better. Was able to go right back to work! He always has a great attitude and treatS everybody with respect. We bring the whole family!
I usually go to Taylors but after today's visit I will be going to this one. I was very pleased with Dr. Leo's great service and kindness. The office is very clean and professional looking. :)
