BEWARE! LOWBALL PRICE! Check out all the 1 star reviews that are basically the same. I am extremely disappointed in their tactics and final offer after they were inside and outside of the house 2 separate times. Gave me an initial offer of 45k and then had a manager call to offer me 20k then came up to 30k. Listed a million reasons why it had to be this way. Talked about their buyer Adam and he wasn’t transparent enough on his initial offer. Managers said he wishes they handled it differently from the beginning. That’s great... read more
