Keeps sending me mailings about selling my home to this company. Would like my name and address removed from mailing list. Every time I get another mailer, I'm going to post another review.
The home selling process was strait forward and Hassel free. We got the amount we settled on that was above all other offers. The only hiccup was after they did a home inspection they tried to get me to take a lower amount. After negotiating, we received our full amount. Zoe Deigo was very helpful and walked us through the process and was very proactive. We always knew where we stood at all times.
It was a great experience working with Chris Buys Homes. Everyone was very professional and nice to work with. They helped me through a very stressful time. I would recommend giving them a chance if you need to sell some property. I talked to several companies before deciding to work with them. I am glad I chose them to sell my property.
They backed out of the contract with less than two weeks to go, which in turn costs us more than 100k. Save your time and money.
