BEWARE! Get everything in writing up front! Everything he told me over the phone was a lie and did not happen. This company made an offer to buy my parents home. He assured me that it was a cash offer and the inspection would not impact the sale. We knew the house needed a little work, or we wouldn’t have reached out to them. For FIVE weeks, they did not reach out to us—We had to hunt them down! They had a lockbox on the door with many people going in and out. After FIVE weeks wasted, they offered 30% less. No thanks.
