Seemed very knowledgeable about furnace and quickly fixed clogged part. He wasn't able to get my Honeywell smart thermostat to work with heating and didn't really have an explanation other than saying the thermostat must be broken. The thermostat was new out of the box in may and has been working fine for cooling for the last 7 months though. Chris came out to check on a problem with our furnace. He was diligent and explained everything. Ultimately, he recommended finding a Bryant expert for our quirky 3-stage Bryant furnace; he helped me find a reputable service; and he didn't charge us. Very classy! Recommended without hesitation.
