Chris was straightforward from the onset. He was able to educate me on what an appropriate starting price should be, what we could expect from buyers and flippers. My listing went up on a Friday afternoon and I had probably a dozen showings and two offers in hand by Sunday. Chris also worked behind the sceens to find multiple contractors to address everything I need to do prior to selling my home. Start to finish, this was a quick and painless process.
