I live in the general area, but can't say I have used CAC a lot through the years. Couple times for minor repairs some years ago, and never any issues with them. They have always had a stellar reputation, for doing the right thibgs by their customers. So when my son was looking to buy his first car, from a nearby dealer, they were the people we chose to have the car looked at. They were super kind, and accommodating. Great autobody shop. This is my second time using them Tara and Toni are awesome. Honest, fast reliable helped with rent a car made entire experience seamless. Highly recommended.

Been a customer at least 20 years. Go primarily for annual inspections. Very professional staff. Kind and friendly. Great waiting room. They have a TV. Call first to make appointment. Will go smoother. Don’t try to sell me services unless safety first f car is an issue. I like that.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I cannot stress enough how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND this towing company to anyone. Their customer service is beyond unacceptable, and their wait times are outrageous. They repeatedly failed to arrive within their own estimated arrival window, and every time I called for an update, I was given a different excuse. This is my first time using Chris's automotive and they were very professional. I had to bring both my wife's car and mine for an inspection, and my car (22 mdx typeS) failed at first inspection due to my car being tuned which eliminated the evap readiness code which they use through n.y state inspection. Well the day of my appointment, Chris told me my issue which i quickly recognized.
