Very poor customer service. I spent $4,000 in the past 3 weeks on 2 vehicles. I bring in a 3rd vehicle for some small service the same week and they refused to remove a $21 charge. When I told them go ahead and charge my credit card ill just dispute the $21 they became little babies with hurt feelings and impounded my car until I paid cash. I paid them the total bill of $145 in coins the next day. For $21 they made a poor choice in losing a local customer who will also steer everyone away from their shop. My vehicle was repaired at this auto body shop after an accident. From the beginning, Toni and Tara were very responsive, helpful, and made the intake process smooth. They gained my trust quickly and assured me everything would be handled properly. When I received my truck the first time, I noticed several items had not been completed. I recently visited Chris’ Automotive Center for an oil change and annual inspection on my pickup truck. The experience was quite pleasant. The waiting area was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The friendly staffs greeted me warmly, and provided exceptional service to my vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning when I need more services for my vehicles.
Caught a flat & Chris’ Automotive saved the day. Everything about the experience was great from the moment I walked in. The ladies at check in were very pleasant & I was added the queue in no time, Billy thoroughly explained the process what was going on (I had torqued the lug nuts too tight) & I was in an out in no time. This shop is full service, noticed an autobody shop in the back. Prices were reasonable. 10/10 experience
