I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the service provided by Diane. I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruize from her. Six weeks later, my TPS light came on. She sent me to Town Fair Tire in Springfield to replace sensors. After 4 attempts, they explained to me that, they only use aftermarket parts, and they don't work in all cars. I called Diane, and she told me "What's the big deal. It's just a sensor. You don't need it. If you want to go to a dealer and pay for a diagnostic, I can do that, but she was not going to pay for it. ... read more
