I bought a 2013 Kia Optima from Chris' on September 8 2021. It had high miles of 150000 miles, but looked to be in pretty good shape. The price was $7500.00 and seemed to be a good deal. I wouldn’t even give it one star this is the absolute worst experience purchasing a car ever! 😡 The car had more problems than can be counted and repairs were never done properly so it was back-and-forth to them from day 3 and continued over 6 weeks. It was in their shop more than with us and all the while they had our money! Finally they did an engine replacement🤔 and yet no paperwork to show for it and now continued problems!! I purchased a subaru outback 2005 the whole bottom frame is rusty the front wheel bearing cracked while i was driving with my kids back to NY. they said they fixed that before I even left me and my family would have been killed. they sent a tow truck to get the car back all i want is my money back they can keep the car.

I can not find the right words to describe them, they are professional liars that is for sure. I just want to warn all potential buyers to be very careful do not TRUST them. They will NOT DO ANY INSPECTIONS AS THEY WILL PROMISE YOU. THEY ARE CROOKS! I bought a Volkswagen from them a few years back and the check engine light came on as I left the parking lot. I did a u turn back into there and was told, "It's your problem now." I went to the mechanic down the street who signed off on the emissions paperwork they gave me to ask how it could pass emissions with a check engine light on and he told me they pay him to sign forms and that the check engine light had been rigged to stay off temporarily and that he would NEVER buy from them.
