I picked out a vehicle with James and applied for a loan. I was approved with a low interest rate as I have good credit. I paid a sizable down payment and scheduled to pick up the vehicle the upcoming Friday at James request. Prior to picking up the vehicle I was diagnosed with Covid and had to quarantine. Save yourself major headaches and shop elsewhere. If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would. Contract mistakes, unfulfilled contract terms, ZERO customer service. This was the worst buying experience of my life (and I have purchased at least 10 or more new vehicles).
