Warning to all, be careful using Chris ****** Chassis Works, they will sell you components to their chassis that do not fit and will charge you an exorbitant restocking fee for their screwup. No discussion or justifiable answer just NOPE we are going to charge you for our mistake. If I could find a number to call the management I would... Be aware!

We agreed to the return with our standart 25% restocking fee which is clearly listed in all of our paper and online documentation.

Upon receipt of the return, there were several items missing from the package that apparently the customer kept. We replaced these items, inspected and had to rebox the item. We did NOT charge the customer for the missing pieces.

This was explained to the customer through multiple phone calls and emails with our sales d... read more

The products ordered were shipped a month out after time of purchase (expected, no problem at all) and we received #3 of 3 packages. Signed the slip from the shipping company knowing that the #3 of the 3 packages are... read more
