I have to get a referral from a doctor that I've never been to see a doctor that I've seen multiple times. "Doctor's orders" as the receptionist said. I guess when you get pregnant and you have Dr Alexander as an endocrinologist he drops you completely not just while you're pregnant.

Dr Alexander is always kind and listens to me. The staff in his office are top notch.

I cannot comment on the quality of the doctor's care because, after waiting six weeks for my appointment, I was never given the opportunity to be seen. I scheduled my appointment online and initially received an email stating that my appointment was pending a referral from my primary care physician. I promptly entered my PCP information into the portal, and a few days later I received another email confirming that my referral had been accepted and that my appointment was confirmed. While Dr Alexander is a phenomenal Dr, whoever answers the phone needs proper/more advanced customer service training. The lack of professionalism she lacks is quite astonishing.
