I cannot comment on the quality of the doctor's care because, after waiting six weeks for my appointment, I was never given the opportunity to be seen. While Dr Alexander is a phenomenal Dr, whoever answers the phone needs proper/more advanced customer service training. The lack of professionalism she lacks is quite astonishing.
He listened throughly to all of my son's concerns. Requested several tests to find the issue.
Dr Alexander and his staff are wonderful. Very caring and understanding. Has taken good care of myself and family members. It’s a blessing to have them in Texoma area. Highly recommended.
