Mond was extremely prompt, helpful, friendly and technically skilled in solving my air conditioning issue. Even during the initial phone call, proactively he had the exact solution to my problem. I knew immediately he was the right person for my home's air conditioning issue. I will certainly book Mond for ongoing maintenance needs plus any adhoc jobs as required. It's rare to find a technician so competent plus who provides such great customer service. Highly recommend!!!
