Very slow response to clients inquiries. I had to call many times to check on the status of my case, just to get the same response that he couldnt give me a status. Eventually Mr. Johansen started avoiding my phone calls. He wouldnt answer phone calls from my cell phone, but when I would call from a different number, he would magically answer the phone.
