This garage should be out of business, they kept my car hostage for a year.. did massive damage to the body. The owner sam is a sleaze bag, handed me a bill for the body damage..I threatened a lawsuit and they released my car.I am currently in litigation with this garage as they have destroyed my car..DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE!!!!!!!

I PERSONALLY WOULDNT HAVE MY BICYCLE REPAIRED AT THIS SHOPTHEY PASSED A CAR FOR INSPECTION THAT HAD RUSTED OUT BRAKES AND SUSPENSION. THEY DENY ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKE EVEN WHEN THE STATE POLICE HAVE SAID THE CAR SHOULD HAVE NEVER PASSED INSPECTION. THEY INSPECT OUR LOCAL SCHOOL BUSES WHICH COULD COST LIVES. THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT AS WELL AND I CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE IN THE WRONG AND ACTED AS IF I WAS THE BAD GUY
Was not happy with service. I brought my car in for service, they mis-diagnosed the problem and wanted to charge me for labor and part. After stating my case, they charged me for the wrong part they installed, only which is still unfair. I indicated I was unhappy and shouldnt be charged anything, to no avail. Bad business and customer service. I told them I would not be returning as a customer, they didnt seem to care. Tough to find a good, honest reliable mechanic these days.

My family takes all of our cars to Chrins. They tell you straight what needs to be done and then let you decide what actually gets done. Their prices are very reasonable. Their work is excellent.
