Very poor customer service skills.
CHR shingled our roof in the spring of 2018. Prior to their work we never had any roof issues. Last winter our roof leaked and this winter we have ice build up where they improperly removed the chimney. They shingled over our vents and we had to have them come back to get the vents installed. Roof is leaking and now Jamie will not return calls. We have left multiple voicemails over the last 2 months and an email with proof of 10 year warranty and pictures of leaks. When initially contacted he stated that warranty was not transferrable to new house owners, but it clearly states in the warranty that it is transferrable and now he will not return calls. Appears not to be fulfilling warranty claims.
Super abusive to tenants - illegal behaviour. Cops had to be involved. Stay away!!!!!! I wrote this 3 years ago... I do not remember nor do I live here.
