I had a new heat pump split system installed in September. The contractor had to return several times to try to get it working properly. It would run but when desired temperature setting it would drop down one degree and keep running never shutting off. I looked up service pros for Rheem and contacted CHR Cooling. Brian came that same day and not only fixed the system to run properly, he explained why and how it was not working properly before. Highly recommend CHR
