Spent years with the company. Stayed as they rolled thru various dr.s and therapists and even went to a new building with them. A therapist that had dealt with my son thru a very traumatic part of life left and went to a different platform. We followed her, and Chr dealt with the medication process. Then one day they randomly said we're going to discharge cause he isn't getting therapy I explained he is getting therapy with the same one he's been with all along. I am an advocate and my client informed me that his child wanted to cease therapy sessions with his therapist, Tori. On 2/6/2026, Tori told my client, the child’s father, that if the child ends sessions then the father’s therapy sessions would end as well. Don’t recommend my therapist acted more like my friend then my therapist then one day started venting to me about her work and coworkers and stuff like I was her friend and not her patient and left me feeling worse then when I went into the session they also used to end my sessions after like 15-20 minutes when it was supposed to be 45 minutes

I am an advocate for many low-income families who were referred to CHR by DCF. While some families were pleased with the services they received, some felt neglected. Some clie... read more

Continual disappointment. My daughter has not had a consistent provider since she began with this agency. She is not much of a fan of seeking a clinician, as she seemingly is given a new clincian each time she begins to open-up. Then when she finally has providers she is semi-comfortable with, CHR discharged her for going inpatient. I get it that it's a conflict to work with her while engaged with a higher level of care, but they knew she would need providers upon inpatient/IOP discharge. Additionally, It's frustrating that ... read more
