Wow, front desk needs a lesson in compassion and patience. THE RUDEST lady called my daughter today about her appointment, made her feel naive and awful and that is NOT what we need in a time of vulnerability and in need of HELP! We will be going elsewhere. It’s a shame because we loved Dr Reed. But when staff everywhere else sucks, we won’t ever be back!!!

The Doctors and nurses are lovely. The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.
One week update: even after the insurance company called and shared with your billing office they have released the payment, my bill is still with collections. They even confirmed as annual visit falls under preventative care they will be coming the entire amount. No fault of mine my credit score will be impacted because your office doesn’t care or coordinate properly with the insurance providers. It’s almost a year and still no resolution. This OB/Gyn group came to me highly recommended. That's why I gave them two stars since I know others have had a great experience. Unfortunately, both my appointment and subsequent paperwork were concerning. I have put in a request to change or remove my records and called my insurance company to flag the appointment if I'm not charged for the right thing.
