Horrible place.
The Doctors and nurses are lovely. The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.
One week update: even after the insurance company called and shared with your billing office they have released the payment, my bill is still with collections. They even confirmed as annual visit falls under preventative care they will be coming the entire amount. No fault of mine my credit score will be impacted because your office doesn’t care or coordinate properly with the insurance providers. It’s almost a year and still no resolution. This OB/Gyn group came to me highly recommended. That's why I gave them two stars since I know others have had a great experience. Unfortunately, both my appointment and subsequent paperwork were concerning. I have put in a request to change or remove my records and called my insurance company to flag the appointment if I'm not charged for the right thing. Let me start by saying I have been coming to this office and seeing Dr Maxwell for about 7 yrs. I travel 30 minutes just to see her. She has been wonderful, attentive, understanding, and kind I have never had any issues but she was out of office unfortunately and referred me to Dr Chu.
