Dr. M is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and the office is very clean, secure and private. Looking forward to resolving a years-long issue with this practice.
I’ve been a patient for over 8 years & was referred to Dr Boylan as a high risk patient for female cancers. I love her so much but their front office has me looking for a new OBGYN. I booked an appointment weeks ago & got a call last week that they needed to reschedule. No problem, I called back to change my appointment time & changed my work schedule to make the new time work. Wow, front desk needs a lesson in compassion and patience. THE RUDEST lady called my daughter today about her appointment, made her feel naive and awful and that is NOT what we need in a time of vulnerability and in need of HELP! We will be going elsewhere. It’s a shame because we loved Dr Reed. But when staff everywhere else sucks, we won’t ever be back!!!
Horrible place.
The Doctors and nurses are lovely. The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.
