Rachel Buck NP is awesome! Tech/nursing staff is great, too. The front desk is abysmal.
I took my mom to her appointment. The receptionist who helped us check-in, was not very friendly. Receptionists are the face of the office and should at least provide a good customer service. Disapppointed that she did not even greet us or say hi or hello. No smile at all. She instructed my mom to sign something and gave my mom an attitude. They should hire a more friendly receptionist or probably retrain her and educate her about a good customer service. Other than that, Dr. Ortiz was great!
