This place offers no same day or even next day appointments for emergent issues. I had to wait days for a serious issues and another few days for follow up after ER. I thought primary doctor offices helped their patients navigate health issues not wait until they were forced to go to ER or risk getting sicker! This practice apparently has no triage service.
failed to send in my prescription multiple times and lied about their forgetfulness. Horrible practice
I was previously seeing a nurse practitioner here who has left the practice since January. I was having some health issues, so I made an appointment to meet with the doctor instead. The day after making an appointment, the office called me and left a message saying the doctor was not taking new patients and my appointment would be canceled, unless I wanted to see their other nurse practitioner.
