failed to send in my prescription multiple times and lied about their forgetfulness. Horrible practice
I was previously seeing a nurse practitioner here who has left the practice since January. I was having some health issues, so I made an appointment to meet with the doctor instead. The day after making an appointment, the office called me and left a message saying the doctor was not taking new patients and my appointment would be canceled, unless I wanted to see their other nurse practitioner. Steer clear of this practice. They're never on time. They're disorganized. I showed up for the last vaccine of 3 I needed and was told they couldn't provide it because my doctor had left the practice. I called a week before my appointment and was notified my doctor had left, but not that it would be a problem for my appointment with a nurse. This vaccine is time sensitive. I'm absolutely livid with this office and will be establishing care elsewhere.
