Code violation notice on a three story back porch is not a letter you want to open. Whether it meant a repair or a rebuild was anybody's guess and the letter did not say. They came out, went over the whole structure, and explained which parts were the actual violation and which were fine. Solid rebuild on our multi level portch. WD pro worked like seasoned pros with the bigger job and the stairs don't shift around anymore. Inspection passed with no issue
WD Pro handled a big rebuild on our rear porch and I was glad we picked a company that does these bigger jobs regularly! The three levels line up nicely and the stairs feel solid now instead of that bounce we used to get. They also took care of a couple code issues that turned up so we passed inspection without any back and forth. Good people to work with on a project this size.
Set out to find porch builders after our back porch failed inspection. Got a few quotes from places around Logan Square and WD Pro was the most thorough about what the code corrections would actually involve. They didn't rush the estimate, took measurements, asked about how we use the space. Build took about two weeks once they got going. They kept me in the loop on what was happening each day, which I appreciated since I work from home.
Got hold of them after getting two other quotes that felt off. They came by within a few days , Measured everything, sent the estimate that night. Waited about three weeks for the build to start which was as fine. Crew kept me updated through the whole thing. Porch came out pretty clean.
