We had a really good experience with Ron. His communication is very prompt and it was easy to set up a time with him that worked for us. His report was very detailed with corresponding pictures to everything that he noticed. He took the time (actually on a weekend) to walk through the entire report with us over the phone, answered all of our questions, and was very patient! Not to mention, the inspection, mold test, and radon test were all cheaper than any of the other local inspection agencies I called. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I contacted Ron after doing some research in the area. He was very Respectful and professional. I was able to set up an appointment time and date with him the very next day. Everything that he found during the inspection he explained in detail and also showed us pictures.
