I am extremely disappointed with the home inspection we received from CHP Home Inspections. The inspection was performed on June 4, 2026, before we moved into the property. At the time of the inspection, the house was completely vacant, and the attic and other relevant areas were readily accessible. We had a great experience with Ron. He was professional, thorough, and followed through on everything he said he would do. We had a really good experience with Ron. His communication is very prompt and it was easy to set up a time with him that worked for us. His report was very detailed with corresponding pictures to everything that he noticed. He took the time (actually on a weekend) to walk through the entire report with us over the phone, answered all of our questions, and was very patient! Not to mention, the inspection, mold test, and radon test were all cheaper than any of the other local inspection agencies I called. Highly recommend!

This guy is a dedicated professional. Spent plenty of time inspecting the house, every place where he needed to look, he even went deep into the crawl space. Did a detailed report and made us aware of small problems that we haven't seen. He also worked with me in the short time frame I had to surrender the inspection to the lender. Recommended.

Ron was absolutely outstanding during our new-construction home inspection here in Charlotte. As a first-time buyer going through a new build, I wanted someone who truly understood what to look for beyond just the basics and Ron delivered. He was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He knows exactly what to look for in Charlotte new construction homes and helped me separate normal builder punch-list items from things that really mattered long-term. ... read more
