Ron Bauguss helped with inspection for our new property. It was very pleasant experience working with him. He provided the report on the same day and took the time to go through all the items with recommended options or suggestions. He did the Radon test also and was extremely helpful with a retest on a short notice. I would strongly recommend him and will definitely continue to use his services in future also. Thanks again Ron!
