Ron did an excellent job with the home inspection! He was thorough and professional, pointing out several potential issues, including some concerns with the electrical panel and recommendations for improving ventilation in the attic. Ron responded shortly after I called and was able to schedule the inspection of my mom’s home the next day. He was on time, thorough and explained what he was doing and why. I received the report promptly. I highly recommend CHP!
Ron went above and beyond during my home inspection! He answered all of my questions and went over the report with me before sending it over. He gave advice for all of the little maintenance issues my home had and showed me where some key components were in the home. He is very detailed oriented and noticed a few things that im sure anyone would have overlooked like the spaces between the deck and loft where a little dog or child could easily fall through.
