Alex did a bench rebuild on a 700 r4 transmission. before my mechanic put the transmission in he noticed that the torque converter still had fluid in it. my mechanic immediately went to a spot where he had marked with orange paint on the torque converter,and knew from the 2 marks that he marked on the torque converter weight that it was the same torque converter.
