My initial experience began in June when I place an order for several items but didn't receive 2 of them (Order No : 24341485). I finally was able to cancel it but only received a store credit. Then I placed an order using the credit in July (order number is 24399520) and to date I haven't received that order. Customer service is non-existence and even when you call Customer service during business hours you get a recording that they are closed!!! I ordered 2 items from Choxi.com 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. I checked my account it says still processing. I called their 800 number during their regular business hours EST and I got a voicemail saying that their office was closed and to call back during regular business hours??? WTH??? So I left a voicemail, emailed them twice and until now two days later still no response from their Customer Care.

order a set of sheet on 6/**/2016 never received it called company a few time never open...sent to email. got one response saying that they are being shipped. over a month ago never arrived..try calling company again...

I have been trying to check on my order because it is late arriving and they have not sent me any tracking or shipping information. I have called their number 4-6 times a day and their message says call back during business hours, which I had been. I emailed their customer support 4 times in 5 days and no one has gotten back to me. I called their corporate office and it tells me to call that same number (that doesn't answer). Website also says they are available 24/7. Their Chat Now Live button doesn't exist.

When Choxi was ********** it was great now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy still waiting on an order from 5/**/** it is now 08/**/** still don't have it no contact from Choxi and there customer service is closed going to challenge it on credit card.

I loved Nomoreracks, but once they changed to Choxi it has been a fight. First they tell you that once your order has a tracking number you can not get a refund, but that give you no choice, because I had a tracking number that I was unable to track for a month. Now almost anot her month I'm still waiting for my refund. They have nice things, it's just making sure you get them. Little advice. If ordering for xmas, do it now, and you might get it in time. Nomorechoxi!

I have ordered a couple times through the site, and since the name changed its taking over 2 months for any order to go out. There policy says 7-14 days. I ordered over 2 months ago and the only thing they will give us a store credit. I'll be going through my credit card to get my money back after all this. Save your time, stress level, and money and order elsewhere

I placed an order on 8/*/16. Today is 8/**/16 and I just got off the phone with Choxi. I was told, "my order is being processed." That's all that she could say. No further information was given. Last week, I had placed a call and asked for a supervisor. I spoke with a Gideon and he could not help me at all. He could not give me any details about the status of my order. I made a purchase on July ****, and have already been billed. Choxi.com quarantee orders to ship in 10-14 working days sometimes sooner. Here we are August **** and my order still hasn't been shipped. Their answer to me is that it is processing for shipping. That still hasn't changed.
