The area is quiet, and the townhouses are lovely. Each home has two bathrooms with a washer and dryer. It is a good fit for the family.
This is low income and they are hard to get into I got a call for 3 bedroom in I’m next on the list I was so excited I called soon as I got the letter to make appointment to meet with the landlord, as the day came by the landlord was not what i got on the phone she was so unpleasant she was so friendly on the phone I think she thought I was someone different as I finish all my paperwork she told me I wouldn’t be able to move in until January which I wasn’t in no rush I’m a single parent just want bigger space, two weeks went... read more
no good management no good floor plan they don’t have permanent maintenance every 3 months they hire new one and they leave some managers they call help other office no respect I self employed they ask me every year deferment documents so we don’t have nothing my roomes is moving floors no fixed from 4yrs
This is the worst place i have ever experienced . Their houses are literally falling apart , the property look nice outside but the inside is disaster.
