You need to learn to stand up for your employees. The fact that you sided with that racist man over your employee speaks volumes. You will never keep quality employees or guests that way

LACKS INTEGRITY Some people can be easily manipulated by a business' reaction to public backlash. If you do not support your employees before backlash, then you do not support your employees after backlash, at that point you are just jumping on a bandwagon as a strategy to stay in business and continue raking in cash.
