Finally made it to the chowder house after living here for over 3 years. I had a cup of halibut chowder and half a Sammie that I made. I marked cabaitta bread and after a few minutes they came back and said they don't have that no biggie I went with the sourdough bread. My Sammie was great and the soup was ok nothing I would try again but I will be going back to try the other soups.
It is good food, but the atmosphere of your cashier is awesome!
One of the best places for lunch in Fairbanks one of the best Chowder's in Alaska
