I had trouble getting into a storage assistance late hours I was loaded up and ready to unload at storage but it was closed already. But keep smart was opened the hours that I needed and the services great convenient and easy it was great
Don was very helpful and friendly and explained everything in great detail went above and beyond to help us
I rent a spot for my trailer. It was getting a lot of large weeds, I asked Don, the manager, where I could put the weeds if I removed them. He said that when I move the trailer he would take care of the weeds. He didn’t want to chance damaging my trailer or it would have been done already. By the time I brought the trailer back, the spot was clear! I really appreciate his hard work and the fact that he didn’t want to chance damaging my property
