Called to see if they had any units available and I was able to secure a storage solution right over the phone. Very friendly and competitive rates. Awesome service.
Staff is professional and easy access in & out of the facility.
Booking with Nicole was fast and very easy. She was kind of friendly and very thorough in regards to the contract, she was able to answer all my questions. What I loved most was that she was fast at replying at text . my husband and I were able to get our truckload into our storage with ease the very next day!
Ended up renting a unit here after our garage filled up with wedding stuff we had no room for. The whole process was quick and the woman at the front desk was super nice about everything, she even helped me find the right size lock. One issue though, the gate code didnt work on my first try and I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come let me in. this place saved me when i had to move out way earlier than expected and needed somewhere to put my stuff fast. the owner was super chill about letting me rent a unit for just a month even though they usually prefer long term. its clean and well lit so i didnt feel sketched out going there at night which is definately a plus. the prices are totally reasonable compared to other places i called and the lot feels secure. the gate works properly and i never had any issues getting in. i mean its a storage place so nothing fancy b... read more
