Reading the review I realized that it is a common bad experience with the older sales lady. Very not friendly and thinks customers are dumb. She treated me like I'm a clueless person that doesn't know what the 4Cs (not in a nice way, in a condescending way). They do seem desperate for a sale tbh and just offer me a 20% discount from the get go. She also has a superiority about natural diamond and don't actually listen to what I am looking for. What a shocking experience at this store. I asked a simple and reasonable question—whether this store is the same as the online Chow Sang Sang. The sales lady responded in a very rude and argumentative manner, saying: “If you want the online one, buy it online and don’t come to the store. We are 24K and online is not. I have been going to Chow Sang Sang for years and have bought several custom pieces from them. The quality is excellent, and Belinda the owner is amazing. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. I’ve recommended many people to them and they’ve all been very happy with their purchases and the service they received.
It’s a small store with limited products. Not a happy experience with their sales lady
