I've had a similar experience to many other reviews here. I'd gone to this clinic since childhood for routine eye exams and my eyes were always fine, but after years of COVID and online school, my eyesight worsened with mild astigmatism and nearsightedness (about -50 nearsighted, -125 to -175 astigmatism). In November 2017, I was referred to Dr. Edward Chow by a friend of my parents, as I was suffering from severe myopia and was looking for a suitable treatment. From the very beginning, Dr. Chow was extremely professional and thorough. He carefully assessed my eyes and fitted me with OK lenses that successfully treated my myopia and, most importantly, prevented it from continuing to deteriorate. I have been a customer here for about 6 years and do NOT recommend this place at all. The customer service and wait times are terrible. They do not care about your health, and are just money hungry. I recently terminated my contract and am now looking for a new eye doctor. A few months ago, I told Dr. Chow that I was having problems with a new right contact he had fitted me with; my vision was blurry even when I wore it every night and got a full 8 hours of sleep. There are many better eye clinics around the area, where they actually care about their patients. Yes, clinics are considered businesses but you are still in the healthcare industry. I have never met a clinic with such shameless attitude regarding money. All they care about is fees and pretend to care until it is time to pay up. Would not recommend this clinic unless you want to be robbed and met with rude staff.
