This institution’s attitude is the most obnoxious eye care I’ve experienced till this day, the product is fine, however, servers the way they behave themself it’s mad annoying, ask you bout a lot of random stuff and judge you about your personal choice, if wasn’t for the product, this is 0/10. Please think twice before coming here.
If I could say one thing about my life, it’s that I ABSOLUTELY REGRET having picked this place. Now, I’m unable to change places because I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars on the set-up fee. Please, if you are looking for OK lenses or contacts, check LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Though this place has 4 stars, it’s clearly fak — any business with reviews consisting of only 1 star or 5 stars without anything inbetween is clearly fake. I have never encountered such an irresponsible doctor and clinic. They only care about collecting money, and it really makes me angry and disappointed. My child had been uncomfortable for a week, but they insisted on continuing to try. After another week, there was still no improvement. They promised to remake the glasses for free, but then were reluctant to proceed, saying they would make just one pair first, and would notify us once it was ready. Considering switching to other clinic, ridiculous fees
All the staffs and Dr Teddy Chow are very nice, caring and very friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe in this clinic. Deeply appreciated 🙏🙏
