I just called at the reception as a new customer, I do not know the name of person but she was little rude, and sounded racist to me. Also, They charge more than 170$ to new patients, which I didn’t hear in the past from other clinics, maybe it’s normal here.
Dr. Samantha Chow is so patient and amazing at explaining what's going on as it happens. Can't recommend her more! (Plus they have sick Crocs for you to wear while you're there) 🐊👞🦷
I’ve been a patient of Dr David Chow for years and I’ve always been very happy with the service and advice provided by him and also by Dr Samantha Chow. They’re both extremely professional. The staff are very friendly and Phyllis, especially, is always a pleasure to talk to. I’d highly recommend this dental office.
I’m a patient of Dr.Chow for many years. I’m living in Mississauga even though it takes me about 40 minutes drive to get to his practice it’s worth it for sure. His practice is extremely professional, and everybody is very pleasant. Equipments And knowledge is always up-to-date to the newest standard
The facility is very accessible and welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful,friendly and professional. They are strong communicators and made me feel very safe and cared for throughout the procedure. I definitely trust them with my teeth.
