I tried to reschedule the appointment because I was coughing really bad. The lady at the front desk told me to find some other dentist becuase I just cost her $60. She also told me that she will never accept me as a patient again. I tried to explain to her whey I couldn't make it, she just hung up on me when I was still talking. What a rude front desk lady and bad service. I tried to call her back 2 times but she wouldn't pick up my calls. You won't find better teeth cleaning than at Dr Chou's office. They are very caring, kind and great professionals!!! Very reasonable prices for good quality work!!!
