I see Dr. Howard and he is a good physician. He listens and he cares.
Always a friendly place, and the staff is fantastic!
The staff were very through in getting me registered as a new patient to Chota. The doctor went over the information, asked a few questions and filled out paper work I needed but did not have time to talk to me about any concerns I had. I told him I had something to talkbto him about and his reply was we are only aloud so much time per patient. This did nit impress me to much. I have been going to Chota in Madisonville for about a year. I do like the FNP Jordan Newman, the problem is the way they handle prescription refills. About 6 months ago I called for a prescription refill, I was told that I needed to see the doctor before I could get a refill. It had not been that long since I had seen him. The only medication I take is for a blood disorder. No narcotics, nothing addictive. I tried a couple of times to get a refill on the portal without any luck.
