Front desk personnel, nurse and doctor very pleasant and professional. Facilities are comfortable and clean.
I have been going to Madisonville for over 3 years and drive 35 miles to get there. I have never received nothing but the best treatment. I see Jordan Newman and he takes time with me, discusses the problem, his plan for treatment and listens to my concern. The nurses are great, check-in is great and Joan will even recommend a good place to eat. Keep up the great work.
I do not recommend Chota for PCP care. For context, i had been going to Chota since I was eighteen in 2020, and while I can say that some providers are very polite, and will listen to you- several will not. When I went in due to my concerns over a partially dislocated wrist in December of 2023, I was told that it couldn’t be a dislocation, and was actually a cyst.
