We talked with multiple fence companies before carefully selecting Chosin Fence. We liked Robert’s demeanor and felt the quote was appropriate for the amount of work to be done. This company was recommended by my neighbor after a windstorm damaged the fence we share. Robert was able to get us scheduled quickly during the holiday season, which I appreciated. However, communication could have been better. I would have expected more proactive updates, especially so I could secure my dogs before work began. After installation, there were several issues: the fence was not on the property line (which is required by my HOA), there was a large gap at the bottom that my dogs could get through, and a post sup... read more
We had such a wonderful experience! Quick response when we requested a quote (i believe they came the same day my husband contacted them!), filed all the paperwork for us with the HOA, and a one day install once it was approved! Super friendly people as well! We will definitely be recommending them to our neighbors when they move in!
