Update (April 2025): We had CR&P come by again to help out with a shower drain issue and our service rep, Omar, did a wonderful job and was friendly and great to work with. Our service rep came and was able to troubleshoot the issues with our hot water not working in our shower, and fixed the problem without us having to replace the piece. Very friendly and professional!
People are professional, proficient, and overall wonderful! Took care of faucet replacement for bath tub. Would certainly use again when I need.
The few people who assisted me over the phone, and Aaron the plumber service worker who made the repairs, couldn’t have been any better! I was in a desperate situation where another company failed and they had someone at my house within 15 minutes. Huge thanks to those who assisted me, and the excellent quality of the repairs Aaron provided and for making plumbing fun :) learned a lot. Thanks so much!!
