Paymon Darmian, Esq. tried to use his status as a lawyer to bully us into an unearned refund. He bought a brand new set of tires and drove on them for nearly a month. He then admitted to running over a metal object and puncturing one of the tires. Despite openly admitting to the road hazard damage, he unjustly claimed the tire was "defective" and tried to leverage his legal title to force a refund. Unprofessional and dishonest behavior.
