Very unprofessional
COMFORT HOME CARE LLC is a fraudulent company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They swindled my family out of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! We decided not to use them and they kept our two-week deposit!! They promised to return the deposit and they DID NOT!! They are LLC because they are a "Ghost" Company and do not want to be accountable when they CHEAT PEOPLE. This is a ghost company with raving reviews (from family) where owner has no personnel and scrambles each time to get you people with zero experience and any concept of being on time. To make matters worst they disappear when it is time to return money for services not rendered. Thank God I paid with credit card and have documentation to dispute this (even though the owner “preferred” I pay in cash. Don’t think about leaving your loved ones in the care of this agency. I wouldn’t even trust a piece of cheap furniture to them.
Excellent service, the staff genuinely care about their clients.
