The shop owner took me back immediately even though I was 15 minutes early and scheduled with one of her employees. She was so nice and very professional. She made the entire experience memorable and simple. She gave me her own feedback on each dress which helped a lot and ultimately helped me choose the one I will walk down in. I am the sister of the bride and I'll say this; you had my sister in tears and not in the good way. Went in today so my sister, who is a first time bride might I add, could find her a dress or at least find a style she likes. The woman rushed the whole party the whole time, she ignored everyone's opinions and even ignored the brides opinions and feelings and didn't warn us she had another appointment until last minute when bride was in lobby. If I could give 1000 stars I would ! I walked in not knowing what to expect or what I was actually looking for but the owner helped me out so much!
