Chosen1 does very poor quality work. Rex never even popped a line to make sure their roof was built straight. Rex left it completely lopsided on the East side of the house, after reroofing with no tear-off, Rex left trash all over the yard, promised to come back and clean up, which he never did. We stepped on nails for about a year. After bringing the quality of work to his attention, he refused to resolve any of the issues and then put a lien on my house. Use another company!!

Rex replaced our roof 6 years ago on Fort Myers Beach. Our roof would have experienced zero damage from Ian if it weren’t for gutters becoming dislodged. This speaks volumes regarding Choosen 1 quality of work. I will hire Rex again. Bill
