This is our go to food truck for Chorizo and our favorite one on the lot. The Chorizo Hub has such great home made food, it is down to a science, healthy, and incredibly tasty. You can try everything on the menu, but we love the Chorizo bowl, with extra protein and a soft fried egg on top. We also get the Espresso Horchada as well. If you like Chorizo, great people, great food, and are looking for new things, then I highly recommend the Chorizo Hub! Health conscious cooking and great flavor combined :)
Chorizo hub is so yummy! Angie is so personable, the clean cooking and ingredients leave you feeling full and satisfied. The augua fresca is very refreshing and complimentary to any of the various chorizos ❤️
The black bean tempeh is super flavorful, and pairs really nicely with the pickled onions, corn, and rice. Plenty of outdoor seating.
I have eaten here 4x in the last month! Finally a spot on the west side that compares to Por Que no in terms of quality! Yum!
Everything was so good, my daughter tried to take the bowl. I was worried because they looked less authentic than the next-door Mexican place, which had really delicious Birria, but everything in the bowl was super, we got the birria verde.
