Impeccably professional and BY FAR the most thorough home inspection I've ever seen. Communicated all the items clearly and helped us understand the range of issues and features of the property. Also identified that our HVAC was not working properly; we were able to talk to the seller and get it addressed before causing damage that would have cost us thousands! Can't recommend highly enough. This is the company you want inspecting your home!
Patrick and his septic partner did a pretty good job on our used home purchase. We contacted a couple other inspectors as well and Patrick was the only one to return our call. He was very courteous and outlined costs and any of our questions on our first conversation. He was on time and went over things with us immediately after the inspection as well as provided us a full report I believe the following day. Patrick Murphy did an excellent job with my home inspection. Since it was my first and I had questions, he was very patient and responded thoroughly so I would understand. I was able to schedule the appointment within two days of my first phone call. Mr. Murphy arrived early and was careful to keep the new carpeting clean by removing his shoes upon entry.
