I don’t take writing this lightly, but I need to be honest about my experience. Choptank canceled my mental health intake on the very day it was scheduled—without warning. This week alone, they canceled my therapy appointment twice in a row, even after I expressed urgent emotional distress and the need to speak to someone qualified. This was my 1st visit to this Federalsburg location. Sorry that I was not able to complete my review initially due to distraction. I have been to another Choptank health center and requested to transfer to Federalsburg. I was never so happy with a medical visit to any clinic. I was treated extremely well from the minute that I arrived. The new facility is beautiful. From the beginning, I was impressed with the professionality of the staff.
