The dental department at Choptank Community Health could benefit from increased professionalism and attention to patients' time. Despite arriving promptly for a 3:45 pm appointment, I found the receptionist engaged in conversation, and after waiting, was told I was late and needed to reschedule. This experience was particularly frustrating given the consistent waits of 30-45 minutes when appointments start late, and the current high gas prices.
The staff got me in to see the dentist quickly. The dentists that I have interacted with have been very good. The staff are all nice. I recommend this office over other dentists I have dealt with in the past.
Yesterday I went to try and get my fillings done , I arrived at 7:45 , I was not seen until 4:00 pm , for some strange reason the worker asked me a bunch of weird questions like what kind of food gets stuck in my teeth , she blurted out , does it hurt when you eat fried chicken ? Does cold drinks like malt liquor or kool aid hurts your tooth ? . Nothing was done to my tooth I was told to come back at a later date when everything could have been done there . Receptionists are extremely rude, they do not need to be working in health care period
I have never seen such a dentist in my life. He fixed my tooth which 3 other dentists could not. He is caring and exceptional.
