I’ve been going to Florham Park Chopt regularly for a long time and always order the same thing. Usually it’s provided on time, but not always. This time was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My salad came totally dry with no dressing even though it was ordered, with extra amount. But that wasn’t the worst part. When I called to complain, the store manager only provided excuses and felt it necessary to tell me that the workers are only human and humans make mistakes (no kidding). Such great service the lady at the front was soo nice and sweet. 10 out of 10 she was very attentive and helpful.
