I’m a frequent guest at the Chopt in Bishop’s Corner, and it has become one of those places that is genuinely worth the drive from Southington. I brought my mom there recently for her first visit, and she was more than satisfied too. The restaurant is consistently clean, including the restrooms, and I have never had trouble finding a place to sit.
