"Printer wasn't working" so they didn't have the order even started on arrival - if you know your printer isn't working, why wouldn't you be regularly checking your order queue? I put in the order 3 hours before pickup - they must not have checked once in that time. They also forgot everyone's side dressings so I ate a dry salad. Thanks Chopt!
