Revising my original review from one star to four. I finally did hear from CHOPT corporate customer service after I posted the original review complaining that an ingredient I ordered was left out and there was no response at all to multiple emails about it. Corporate did respond, finally. So changing this review. The food at CHOPT is great -- fresh ingredients. A few weeks ago I ordered a make-your-own salad from this CHOPT branch and never got one of the ingredients I ordered and paid for. I sent them an email informing them of this and expected an apology and an offer to make it right. But I got no such response. Instead, I got a note a few days later saying “We’re glad you enjoyed your salad, please let us know how we can do EVEN BETTER next time.” WTH? Did they not even bother to read my email about the missing ingredient??? That “even better” statement especially galled me!!! ... read more
Awesome salad with the freshest ingredients. The staff were cordial and very helpful. Will definitely return again!!
Food was overpriced and the spinach was turning brown. Service was awful, staff were on their phones basically the entire time.
The ingredients were fresh and the flavor was fine, but the portion size was very disappointing. When I got home, I noticed the salad container was only a little more than half full. Normally when I order at the counter, the salads are packed much fuller. For $15, I expected the same consistency, so it was frustrating to feel shorted. This was my first time ordering online, and based on this experience, I would likely avoid ordering this way again since I wouldn’t be able to address portion concerns in the moment.
