Chops and Hops is a great neighborhood bar and grill. Food is reliably good, consistent. Service is friendly and professional.
Being completely honest the food lacked seasoning. I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and green beans, and literally nothing was seasoned. The steak was cooked well done like I asked, but almost too well done because it was a little burnt. The Caesar salad was good but over dressed. The chocolate milk cake was delicious. We hosted our son and daughter in law's rehearsal dinner in the banquet room. Olivia was always accessible, and she coordinated every detail seamlessly: from the delivery time for the flowers, to the customized buffet menu. The meat options were tender and flavorful, the sides were fresh and hot, and desserts were delicious! Parker was our server. He was always smiling! What a pleasant, outgoing, hard working gentleman. We look forward to visiting Chops and Hops soon.
Restaurant was nice and service was great but the food was horrible. For the price we paid it should have been better. My steak had no seasoning just tasted burnt. My sides were the best part of the meal.
I expected better food and service. Prices were good, but I would have paid more for better food and service.
